Very cozy here. Nice service, good food

Unfortunately a total failure. Due to the lockdown, we had ordered to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. 2 days beforehand, which was confirmed to us. The meal was handed over to me 40 minutes late without comment. During this time I was "parked" in the restaurant and ignored. I was only allowed to pay quickly, of course; I wasn't offered a drink. Basically, I cannot understand that the organization cannot manage to have 2 menus that were ordered 48 hours in advance ready for collection on time. How does it work here in normal restaurant operations? If you cannot meet the pick-up times due to exceptional circumstances, you could of course also call, contact details were available ... For the meal: the goose and the rump steak were OK, unfortunately both the baked potato that was ordered were missing, and the dessert was also incomplete. The soup was already cold after the 3 minute drive home. So many mistakes with just one order show me that this restaurant or at least the management is completely overwhelmed and does not meet its own high standards in any way. Ultimately, the order there gave me an evening full of disappointment, so for me: never again!

Goose feast in Corona times? No problem. Call the Palazzo, order, pick up and ........ the poor goose with its excellent side dishes is very tasty. My compliments, Mr. Winter.

Excellent cuisine, competent and friendly service. I had saddle of deer from the region with savoy red cabbage and napkin dumplings. A poem!

I like the Wiedenhof :-) it is very nicely and comfortably furnished and the food is very tasty. In addition, always friendly service. I've spent many a social evening there.

Wanted to go to the beer garden with several friends today. Despite sign: open from 1 p.m., supposedly no beer garden open (despite sunny weather) unfriendly reception. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

Yes, it's special times with Corona. The Wiedenhof therefore tries to keep the business going with a delivery service. Since we like to support the local economy, we ordered our dinner at the Wiedenhof today. Despite the announced delivery time of 1:45 (!!!) hours, we ordered. Our patience required that the delivery then took> 2:45 hours! The delivery man reacted to our criticism of the delivery time pretty gritty. The food delivered was lukewarm. The bread selection with aioli and olives consisted of soft baguette and olives that tasted sour. Result: we no longer order in the Wiedenhof!

Cozy place with delicious food! The food is great and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen creative. I would visit the restaurant again and again.

First visit to the Palazzo im Wiedenhof. I used to be a regular customer in the vinotheque. Now for the first time in the restaurant: Great ambience, great food and the host has taken care of us very individually. That was just fun

If you value good food, this is the place for you! The dishes are fresh, creative and prepared with a lot of skill. The service is friendly and thoughtful. There is also a nice, extensive wine list! We were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

The food is basically good. Unfortunately, the current operation is a bad choice. Unfortunately we were not well served and had to wait forever for drinks, bread and the food unfortunately. After 2 hours there was finally the main course 🤔And that although only 3 tables had to be served. The panacotta was out because it did not look good and needed to be thrown away. More details followed which we did not want to hear. 😣 Hood of mushroom soup failed therefore was served without a comment. Can anything happen, but conceal and hope that nobody notices? Carpaccio of red beet was unfortunately more of a salad. Tough with a little oil. We will not be back so soon.

The place is pretty and the food is good, but we just do not want to wait 2 hours for our food. We were there twice, both times it took so long. That is not how it works.

Nice beer garden, friendly service, card is not very extensive. My shrimp salad was ok - but the chili sauce barely noticeable. Conclusion: good for a stop or to one or more beer (füchschen!) To drink, but only limited recommended for dinner.

I have read the review of others & I was worried about the service but I did not expect threads not one but two & long. I thought I was imagining. The pics can tell. Please pay a very good attention in what you serve.
